Terms of Service
Effective [TO BE COMPLETED — effective date]
The rules for using flexmathews.com. Using the site means you accept them.
The music and the artwork are not yours to reuse
All music, lyrics, videos, photographs, artwork and written content on this site belong to Flex Mathews or to the people they were made with. You may listen, watch and share links freely. You may not re-upload, sell, sample, remix for release, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Ask — the answer is often yes.
Fan accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. One account per person. We may suspend an account that is used to harass other members or the artist, or to scrape the site.
Buying
This site does not take payments. A purchase link in the store takes you to another seller, and that purchase is between you and that seller under their terms.
Booking enquiries
Sending a booking enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once it is confirmed in writing by Flex Mathews or their representative.
Things we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or always error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links out
This site links to and embeds services such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify and Bandcamp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE COMPLETED — governing law, e.g. State of Oregon, USA], and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
